Bulk & Freight Orders: Large palletized or full-truckload (FTL) orders may require 2 to 3 business days for preparation and routing.
Holidays & Weekends: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major national holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Options
Because tires are bulky and heavy goods, we utilize specialized freight carriers and regional logistics partners:
LTL (Less-Than-Truckload): Ideal for medium-sized wholesale orders.
FTL (Full-Truckload): Dedicated transport for large-scale tire deliveries.
Local Delivery: Available for qualifying commercial accounts within designated service areas.
Delivery timeframes depend on your business location and carrier routing (typically 3 to 7 business days for domestic shipping).
3. Receiving Freight & Inspection
To protect your business and ensure smooth delivery, please follow these steps upon shipment arrival:
Inspect the Shipment: Check the delivered tire count and inspect for any visible transit damage before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL).
Note Discrepancies: Any damaged or missing items must be explicitly noted on the driver's delivery receipt/BOL.
Report Issues: Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to process a freight claim or shortage report.
4. Shipping Rates & Liftgate Services
Freight shipping rates are calculated at checkout or quoted directly by your sales representative based on order weight, volume, and destination ZIP code.
Commercial addresses without a loading dock or forklift may require a liftgate service, which may incur additional fees. Please inform us in advance if liftgate assistance is needed.
